The pre-sales team of Elytis brings valuable input to our partners and clients in the Indian Ocean/Africa region. The team’s objective is to gauge the markets, identify business opportunities, analyse technical and operational requirements and, thereafter, propose the best technology solution.
The pre-sales specialists are hence the first contact persons from Elytis to structure the partners’ and clients’ requirements, to align their needs with the accurate technology.
Our sales experts are specialised in Microsoft, Mobile Iron, Symantec, Veritas and the leading hardware brands we represent. They support in generating the finest commercial proposals. Transfer of information and follow-up is seamless from the pre-sales service to the specialised software and hardware teams.
This department is fully operational since January 2018. The pre-sales team has a rich experience from different industry verticals and the personnel's combined expertise brings significant technology and market insights to the channel. The team has three members for now and this number will grow to four within the next months.

Our team of six sales specialists manages and advises about distribution and sale of Acer and MSI laptops and PCs, Epson imaging solutions, Jabra headsets, Transcend data storage and mobile cameras, Viewsonic monitors, projectors and digital signage, as well as Lexmark solutions – with exclusivity in the Indian Ocean region for the latter.
We bring high expertise in our advice to resellers and to their final customers about the best hardware and solution – and the adequate pricing – to suit the needs of the market and of the end user.
Moreover, Elytis is an Authorised Service Centre for most of the brands we distribute – with in-country service expertise and spares stocks for quick and efficient service.
Our after-sales team comprises of five competent and fully trained personnel, who get regular updates from the technical crews of our leading brands.
Elytis brings the value added of leading hardware products and systems to Mauritius and the Indian Ocean region. We have the technical and market knowhow to develop further in the African region, with the right partners.
Our hardware sales manager brings to Elytis his experience in digital products distribution and support – from his stint with Samsung and those last years with Elytis – and market acumen in the Indian Ocean/Africa region.
